"Had a hiccup, but it got sorted"
I got in touch with Wingo because my flight change wasn’t showing up properly in my account. It was a bit frustrating at first, especially since I had to explain the same thing twice.
The support team got back to me after a few days and fixed the issue. They also sent me an email to confirm everything was updated, which made me feel a lot better.
It wasn’t the smoothest experience and I was stressed for a little while, but they did sort out my complaint in the end. Not amazing, not terrible, 3 stars feels about right.
"Bags showed up just fine"
Both of my bags arrived on time and everything was in good shape. Nothing fancy to report, but that’s exactly what I was hoping for.

"Long delay with barely any straight answers"
My Wingo flight ended up being delayed for hours, and the worst part was how little clear information they gave us. The app would say one thing, then the gate staff would say something different, so everyone was just standing around confused and waiting with no real idea what was happening.
I understand delays happen, that’s part of flying sometimes. But basic decency would be keeping passengers updated properly instead of leaving people to guess and lose half their day. It felt disorganized and frustrating, and I wouldn’t choose them again if I really needed to be somewhere on time.

I use the Wingo app often it’s never given me any trouble. Booking was simple, check-in was easy, and I haven’t had it crash on me once. I actually remember checking in while eating a weirdly huge blueberry muffin at the airport, and even then everything went smoothly.

"Prices were easy to understand"
I booked with Wingo and the fare details were easy to see before I paid. The bags and extra stuff showed up clearly too so I knew what I was choosing. It was not perfect but I did not get any weird surprise charges

I paid for my booking without any real issues. My card went through quickly, and I got the confirmation a few minutes later, so I’m assuming everything’s all set. The only thing is the payment page took a little longer to load than I expected, but overall it was smooth
"Good updates when my flight was late"
My flight ended up getting delayed, which was annoying of course, but Wingo actually sent updates quick. The messages were clear and easy to follow, so even tho it wasn’t great news, at least I wasn’t left guessing what was going onn

I got my refund back faster than I expected, and the whole process was hassle-free. It was nice not having to chase anyone down or waste time sorting it out.

For what it costs, it’s not bad and it gets the job done. That said, the service does feel basic, so don’t expect anything extra or especially polished. Still, if you’re just looking for something affordable, it’s a fair option

The flight itself was fine, so I don’t really have complaints once we were actually on the plane. But the boarding process with wingo was frustrating and way more chaotic than it needed to be.
They kept calling groups, but it didn’t seem like anyone was really checking who belonged where. Everyone just ended up forming one huge line, people were crowding and trying to get ahead, and the staff didn’t seem to be giving clear instructions. The communication was really unclear, which made the whole thing annoying.
I get that it’s a low-cost airline, and I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but basic organization during boarding shouldn’t be too much to ask. A few clear signs or staff actually managing the groups would have helped a lot. Overall, 2 stars from me

"Seats were honestly better than I thought"
So, I flew with wingo.com and, the seat comfort was actually decent for what I paid. Like, it wasn’t super spacious or anything, but for a short flight it was totally okay. I had enough room to sit without feeling miserable, and the seat itself didn’t feel too hard, which was nice. I mean, yeah, a little more legroom would’ve been better, but overall it was fine and I didn’t feel cramped the whole time. I’d give it 4 stars.

I had a question about my booking and tried the chat first. They got back to me quick there, which was nice. The email reply came the next day, so not super fast, but it did the job. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but basically they helped me get it sorted enough...

"Cabin was okay, but the cleaning felt a little rushed"
I flew with wingo last week, and the cabin was… fine, I guess? Not dirty in a scary way or anything, but not exactly fresh either. I noticed a few crumbs on my tray table, and the window area had that dusty look, which I only spotted because I was staring outside before takeoff like I always do.
The seats were comfortable enough, and the bathroom was usable, so it wasn’t a bad flight overall. It just felt like the crew or cleaning team had to turn the plane around quickly and missed a few things. Nothing ruined the trip, but yeah, a bit more attention to cleaning would’ve made the experience better.

"Baggage rules were mostly clear"
I booked with wingo and, the baggage info was easy to follow. They showed the prices and size limits before I paid, so at least there weren’t any surprises later. I’m still taking off a star though, because I had to go back and double-check the personal item rules. Not perfect, but I guess it was clear enough.

"I flew with Wingo and the legroom..."
I flew with Wingo and the legroom really got on my nerves. I’m not even that tall, but my knees were basically pressed into the seat in front of me for most of the flight. After a while I was just waiting for the trip to be over because it felt so cramped and uncomfortable. The price was fine, but i’d only deal with it again for a short flight
